4 thigh, bone and skin removed (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook chic Chicken, broilers or fryers, thigh, meat only, raw
1 tsp Rosemary, Dried
0.2 serving Ground Cumin
0.2 tsp Pepper, White
0.3 serving Paprika Smoked
0.5 tsp Oregano, Ground
10 sprigs Parsley
1 tbsp chopped Chives
1 carrot Carrots
0.5 1tsp Olive Oil
0.5 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, Prepared, Yellow
0.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
0.5 cup(240 g) Coconut Milk

Recipe Directions for chicken with herbs and spices

fry the chicken in olive oil and add herbs and spices. pour the coconut milk and add the soy sauce and mustard. bring to a boil. add the grated carrot and cook for 3 minutes. add parsley and chives and sour cream.
