Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Hash

1 T. Olive Oil
1 T. butter
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 c. red bell pepper, diced
1 lb. boiled potatoes, diced
2 c. turkey
1 c. chicken stock
1/2 t. salt

Recipe Directions for Chicken Hash

  1. saute the vegetables until soft

  2. add potatoes and turkey 1/2 of the stock.

  3. cook without stirring for about 7 minutes

  4. Break up the has, mixing the crust into the mixture.

  5. Add 1/4 c. of stock at a time as mixture begins to dry.
