This recipe is from allrecipes.com but slightly altered. Whole wheat rotini would be a nice substitute but CC didn't recognise it for the analysis.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Gumbo Soup

8 cups water
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon hot sauce
2 carrots, sliced thin
4 ounces fresh mushrooms
10 ounce frozen okra, thawed and sliced 1/4 cup uncooked wild rice
1 chicken breast, cooked
1 1/2 cups uncooked rotini
1 salt to taste
1 ground black pepper to taste
3 green onions, thinly sliced
