Low Fat alternative to chicken Soup

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken "Gumbo"

2 lb chicken
24 cups water
36 oz chicken broth
48 oz tomatoes, diced
4 stalks celery
1 large green bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken "Gumbo"

  1. Slow cook chicken in water

  2. Add all ingredients and simmer until celery is soft.

  3. Serve.

  4. Note: I add in turkey or chicken sausage as well but it is not needed.
