Recipe Ingredients for Chicken A La Greque

1 tbsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 lbs chicken, cut up
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Chicken A La Greque

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Combine oregano and pepper in a small dish.

  3. Rub seasonings into chicken.

  4. Arrange in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.

  5. Blend together olive oil and lemon juice.

  6. Pour over chicken pieces.

  7. Bake 40 minutes, until tender.
