Fried Chicken breast with no salt Green Beans and Red Potato

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken, Green Beans, & Red Potato

4 oz Chicken Breast
121 g Green Beans
150 g Red Potato
1 oz Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken, Green Beans, & Red Potato

  1. Season chicken breast as desired (Lemon Pepper is great)

  2. Cut red potato

  3. Heat pan for each (olive oil in chicken pan)

  4. Place potatoes in pan on high heat (cook longer for crispy potatoes)

  5. Place chicken in pan on medium heat (use higher heat for crispy chicken)

  6. When you have about 5 minutes left put green beans in a pan on Medium heat

  7. Prep time about 10 minutes

  8. Cook time about 20 minutes
