Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Green Bean Salad

1 1/2 cups fresh green beans
3 T extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 T lemon juice
1 1/2 T Dijon Mustard
1 t chopped fresh thyme
1/4 t kosher salt
1/4 t black pepper
227 g shredded rotisserie chicken
227 g Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Green Bean Salad

  1. Steam green beans 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.

  2. Drain and rinse with cold water; drain.

  3. Combine oil and next 5 ingredients (through pepper) in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add chicken, beans, and tomatoes; toss to combine.
