Recipe Ingredients for Chicken with Grape Tomatoes and Mushrooms

4 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2.963 oz Grape Tomatoes
8 oz Mushrooms
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 packet Flavor Boost Concentrated Broth
1 fl oz Water

Recipe Directions for Chicken with Grape Tomatoes and Mushrooms

  1. 1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in 12" skillet over med. high heat. Add chicken strips & cook unti well browned stirring often. Remove chicken from skillet.

  2. 2. Heat remaining oil in skillet over med. high heat. Add mushrooms & cook until tender, stirring occasionally.

  3. 3. Add garlic, tomatoes, & onions to skillet and cook & stir for 1 minute. Return chicken to skillet. Stir in Concentated broth and water and cook until chicken is cooked through.
