A creation from a recipe I found on the internet...I made the sauce creamy instead of sweet.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Ginger Stir Fry

2 chicken breast
2 cups asparagus
1/4 cup chives
2 cups mushrooms
1 cup milk
2 cups chicken broth
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon ginger
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cups white rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken Ginger Stir Fry

  1. Fry chicken pieces with garlic and onion.

  2. Add vegetables and cook.

  3. Add soy sauce, ginger, pepper, chicken broth, milk, and simmer for 15 minutes.

  4. Pour of rice and serve!
