1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1 onion
4 tbsp garlic
4 tbsp ginger
6 scallions
3 carrots
14 oz broth
1 cup brown rice
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Ginger Garlic Stew

  1. Chop chicken and vegetables, add to pot

  2. Pour broth, soy sause and oil in.

  3. Cook on high for 3-3 1/2 hours

  4. Serve over rice
