cup  of corn

cup  broccoli

1/2
cup  of eggplant

1/2
cup  cauliflower

teaspoons  of ginger

teaspoon  of star anise

tablespoons  of soy sauce

tablespoons  of rice wine vinegar

Directions
Boil rice.

Cook veg in a wok or pan using spray oil. Order it so the hardest vegetables get the longest cooking time (i.e. broccoli, zucchini, etc.)

Cook chicken on grill (or preferred method), then cut into small pieces.

Combine into wok once all is cooked. Add vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and star anise. Cook on low heat till all flavours are mixed through.
