Mediterranean Style Chicken and Garlic Spaghetti

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Garlic Spaghetti

16 oz Chicken
12 oz Tomato Paste No Salt Added
29 oz Tomato Puree
6 serving larry mediterranean sundried tomato
3 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions
4 clove Garlic
6.5 oz Mushrooms Sliced
8 serving Angel Hair Enriched Spaghetti Product Pasta

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Garlic Spaghetti

  1. Cook 1 lb of skinless boneless chiken breast in crock pot at low heat until chicken begins to shred.

  2. Remove chicken, finish shredding and place in cast iron skillet,

  3. Add tomato puree, tomato paste, onion, garlic, sliced mushrooms, and lawry's seasoning mix. Simmer for at least 2 hrs under very low heat. Turn heat on/off as necessary to avoid burning bottom.

  4. Make Pasta according to package instructions.

  5. Serve, Sause on top of pasta
