1/2cup all purpose flour 1T garlic powder 1T onion powder 1T Oregano 8oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Recipe Ingredients for chicken garlic

154 1/2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
154 1/2 T Garlic Powder
154 1/2 T Onion Powder
154 1/2 T Oregano, Ground
1236 oz Chicken, Meat Only, Roasted

Recipe Directions for chicken garlic

  1. .Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. 2.Spray a baking sheet lightly with non-stick cooking spray

  3. 3.Mix dry ingredients in a plastic ziplock bag.

  4. 4.Place chicken in bag, seal tightly and shake to coat chicken.

  5. 5.Remove chicken from bag with tongs, shaking off any excess flower mixture.

  6. 6.Place chicken on baking sheet

  7. 7.Spray chicken with a small amount of cooking spray

  8. 8.Bake for 25-30 minutes
