Chicken pieces sauted in yogurt and tomatoe paste and served with garlic in lemon juice on boiled rice with chopped green peppers.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken in garlic and Lemon Juice with Rice

1/6 cup of rice
4 ounce chicken
1 tbspn garlic
3 tbspn lemon
1 tomatoe
2 tbspn green peppers
1/5 cup of yogurt

Recipe Directions for Chicken in garlic and Lemon Juice with Rice

  1. Take 1/5 Cup of yogurt and one medium size tomatoe. Mix the tomatoe in the yogurt like a paste and add salt, red peppers to taste. Also add a bit of lemon juice (3 tsp)

  2. Take chicken breast meat (4ounces) and put yogurt and tomatoe paste on it. Grill to taste. Slice into bite size pcs.

  3. Cut one medium size whole garlic into small pieces.

  4. Slice green peppers into thin round slices and add to the grilled chicken pieces.

  5. Take 2 tbsp of lemon juice and warm up lightly.

  6. Add the chicken pcs with garlic and peppers to the warm lemon juice and mix.

  7. Take 1/6 cups of raw rice (long grain basmati variety preferably) and boil it in water. Drain water and spread on a warm plate.

  8. Serve the chicken in lemon juice on top of the rice on the warm plate.

  9. Enjoy!
