Recipe Ingredients for chicken with garlic hot sauce and broccoli

1 chicken breast
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic
2 cups broccoli

Recipe Directions for chicken with garlic hot sauce and broccoli

  1. heat olive oil in skillet

  2. sprinkle all seasonings on both sides of chicken breast

  3. heat on high both sides until nicely caramelized

  4. thaw frozen broccoli

  5. add garlic (chopped) to top of chicken

  6. when chicken is almost done add broccoli to skillet

  7. add tbsp water to loosen caramelized sauce from skillet and stir it into the broccoli

  8. add hot sauce to chicken and turn

  9. cook until done

  10. serve hot
