Sweet and a little hot. Good as is, but can be served over rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken with Garam Masala

16 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
8 oz potato
1 medium onion
1 lb frozen peas
1 tbsp Garam Masala
1 1/4 cup chicken stock

Recipe Directions for Chicken with Garam Masala

  1. Chop potato into 1/2 inch cubes. Boil potato around 15 minutes, reserve liquid.

  2. while potato is boiling, chop chicken into 1/2 inch cubes. Chop onion coarsely.

  3. Heat Non-Stick Skillet over medium heat. Sautee onions until slightly around the edges (around 8 minutes).

  4. Add chicken and cook around 7 minutes stirring frequently.

  5. Add Garam Masala, cook 2 more minutes.

  6. Add Chicken stock and peas, reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

  7. You may need to add some of the cooking liquid from the potato throughout the cooking to keep things from burning. The potato starch will help the sauce thicken.
