Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fry

2 1/2 lbs skinless chicken thighs
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup olive oil
6 cups water
8 medium potatoes
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fry

Brown thighs in butter and oil, then add water and potatoes with seasoning and transfer to pressure cooker. Cook at high pressure for about 20-25 minutes. Chicken should be nice and tender.
