Chicken with fried brown rice and veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken fried rice with veggies

1 1/2 cups brown rice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow onion
1 zucchini
1 pound chicken tenders
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
3 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 cups snow peas
1 teaspoon Pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken fried rice with veggies

  1. Cook rice as directed

  2. In 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, cook veggies, garlic with pepper and salt

  3. In 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, cook chicken (cut into bite-size pieces first)

  4. In large pan, combine rice, veggies and chicken with soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger and sesame seeds.
