Steamed rice fried in sesame oil with vegetables and chicken. Vegetables: carrots, broccoli, onions, mushrooms, Contains eggs, soy sauce, white cooking wine, sesame oil.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fried Rice (simple)

1 cup rice
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp garlic, crushed
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup grated carrots
2 cups broccoli
4 large eggs
1/2 cup cooking wine
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced mushrooms
26 oz chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fried Rice (simple)

  1. Steam the rice. This should come to about 4 cups cooked.

  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  3. Add the garlic and stir for a minute or so.

  4. Add the steamed rice, soy sauce, and cayenne pepper. Stir.

  5. Add the carrots and broccoli.

  6. Cover and cook for no more than 5 minutes.

  7. Make a hole in the middle of the rice in the pan. Break the eggs in the middle of the hole and cook, slowly stirring into the rice.

  8. Add the white cooking wine. Stir.

  9. Add the mushrooms, onions, and chicken. (The chicken is canned from Sam's Club.)

  10. Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes.

  11. Eat!
