Recipe Ingredients for chicken fried rice

4 fillet Boneless Skinless Breast Fillets
2 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
4 cup shredded Napa Cabbage
4 cups raw Bok Choy
1 onion Yellow Onion
1 cup chopped Scallions
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 cup Mung Beans, Mature Seeds, Sprouted
4 serving 30 Minute Marinade
4 serving Marinade

Recipe Directions for chicken fried rice

marinate butterflied chicken breasts overnight in plastic bag before grilling to cut up and toss into rice. Use up leftover cooked white rice reheated in grill pan used to cook the chicken. Dice veges for stir fry in wok with oil reserve bean sprouts till the end but cook bok choy, onions, cabbage,scallions and shredded carrot together quickly in hot pan till softened then turn off flame and cover to wilt until ready to combine. Toss "fried" white rice in with veges then add reserved grilled chicken and bean sprouts. sprinkle with soy sauce and serve.
