Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fried Rice

2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Olive Oil
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots
2/3 cup Frozen Sweet Peas
2 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
1 tsp Ginger Root
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
0.25 cup Organic Chicken Cooking Stock

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fried Rice

Chop onions and carrots, saute in oil about 1 minute and add chicken in bite size pieces. Cook until chicken in done. Move everything to one side of the pan and cook the eggs (scrambled) in the empty space. Combine with all other ingredients and cook until peas are done.
