great recipe to explore with. made it at home just to explore with it. its great!

Recipe Ingredients for chicken fried rice

1/2 cup whole grain rice(cooked & cooled)
1/4 cup onions
1/4 cup carrots
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup grilled chicken (chopped)
3 oz soy sauce
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for chicken fried rice

  1. cook & cool your rice.

  2. pour oil onto pan & heat it up till hot.

  3. add chopped onions, chopped carrots, and chopped up chicken...like sauteeing.

  4. when nice and glazed looking...add cooked rice to the pan.

  5. you'll hear some popping but thats ok. stir around a bit , then flatten rice and ingrediants around in the pan. after about 2 or 3 minutes stir around again,then flatten it again. keep repeating this until rice starts to darken. dont let rice burn though.

  6. when it looks about done to you take off heat & serve immediately. add as much soy sauce to it as you want.
