Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fried Rice

1 cups white rice
1 1/2 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp sesame oil
2/3 cup corn
1/2 cup chicken
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp green onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 egg, beaten

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fried Rice

  1. Cook rice with 1.5 cup water, then cool and break lumps up.

  2. Heat oils in pan, saute green onions briefly and remove.

  3. Beat eggs and fry in a thin layer, remove and cut into slices.

  4. Fry ginger, garlic in oil.

  5. Add rice to oil, stir occasionally until heated through.

  6. Sprinkle with soy sauce, stir until evenly combined.

  7. Add remaining ingredients, heat through. Top with sliced eggs.
