A yummy meal of chicken fried rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fried Rice

1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, diced
1 cup chicken, chopped
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups rice
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fried Rice

  1. Add oil and carrots to frying pan. Mix it up coating the carrots.

  2. Add eggs, be sure to sir it so the egg dosen't become one big blob.

  3. After the eggs cook (rather quickly) add the chicken.

  4. Then the rice(after the chicken cooks, if it isn't precooked).

  5. Then add the soy sauce, garlic, salt, and sugar.

  6. After that add the celery and bell pepper.

  7. Mix everything well, remove from heat, and tada! you are finihed.
