Home made fried rice - Serving size: 1 cup

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fried Rice

260 grams Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 cup Peas, Edible-podded
6 oz Mushrooms
4 oz Baby Corn
8 oz Bean Sprouts
1 1/2 eggs Egg, Scrambled
1 cup dry Natural Brown Rice
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fried Rice

  1. Cook rice according to directions.

  2. Cut meat into small cubes and brown it.

  3. Cut up vegetables.

  4. Cook vegetables in a 12" skillet with olive oil.

  5. Scramble eggs.

  6. Combine all ingredietns.

  7. Add optional soy sauce.
