Takes about 20-30 minutes cook time and prep.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fried Rice

2 cups instant rice (uncooked)
1 1/2 lbs chicken breast (chopped)
2 large eggs
1 medium bell pepper (chopped)
1 medium tomato (chopped)
1 medium onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oyster sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fried Rice

  1. Cook rice with salt. Chop chicken and vegetables.

  2. Heat oil in wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook till done on the outside.

  3. Add vegetables and chili powder and cook about 2 minutes more.

  4. Scramble eggs on the side and add to wok or scramble the eggs directly in the wok over the vegetables. Scrambling on the side looks a little better, since you won't have grainy looking egg all over your veggies. If scrambling in the wok, you'll need to cook it for about 2 minutes after you add the egg.

  5. Add rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce and cook about 2-5 minutes more.

  6. Serves 4-5.
