Can make without chicken for a vegetarian side dish. Can substitute molasses for maple syrup. Serving size is 5.6 ounces.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fried Rice

2 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 cups grilled chicken
1/2 cup green onion
1 cup canned corn
2 eggs
2 t. minced garlic
3 T. maple syrup
2 T. soy sauce
1 t. salt
1 1/5 t. pepper
3 T. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fried Rice

Heat olive oil and scramble egg. Add grilled chicken, onion, garlic, and corn. Let heat. Add rice and mix together. Then add salt, pepper, syrup and soy sauce. Mix together and cook until well browned.
