Chicken Fried Rice Recipe

MW. This is my version of Chicken Fried Rice using Kikkoman Garlic and Green Onion teriyaki sauce on the chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken fried rice

2 cups rice, cooked
1 tbs cottonseed oil
1/4 cup carrots, chopped
1/4 cup peas
1/3 cup onion
1 1/2 tbs. low-sodium soy sauce
1 large egg, scrambled
14 oz chicken tenders
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
8 oz pineapple, drained

Recipe Directions for Chicken fried rice

  1. In an oiled, preheated pan, sautee the carrots, onions, and peas on med-high heat.

  2. Add the egg and scramble.

  3. Add the rice and soy sauce.

  4. Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.

  5. In a separate, oiled pan, saute the chicken. About half way through the cooking process, add the teriyaki sauce and pineapple.

  6. Plate the rice and top with the chicken and pineapple.
