Recipe Ingredients for chicken fried rice

3 cups rice, cooked
1/2 onion, diced
2 cups of peas,
1 egg, scrambled
1 chicken breast, poached

Recipe Directions for chicken fried rice

In non-stick skillet poach chicken, remove from pan, cube & set aside. Scramble egg, remove & set aside. Cook onion til tender & a little brown then add peas from frozen that was heated in microwave & remove excess water. Add chicken, then rice & finally egg. Stir all ingredients til well combined & all is heated through.
