Grandmothers chicken friend rice recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fried Rice

1 cup rice
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped
1/4 cup carrots, shredded
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp unsalted butter
3 cups water

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fried Rice

  1. Place butter, rice, bell pepper, onion, and carrots in pan and sautee until white rice become a "bright white color"

  2. Add in water and chicken bouillon. Cover and simmer on low until rice is tender
