415 g chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
341 ml canned corn
1 medium onion
2 tbsp canola oil

  1. Cook rice

  2. Cook chicken and cut up into cubes

  3. Fried chicken, onion and corn in canola oil

  4. Add rice and soy sauce and heat through
