Chicken Fried Rice Recipe

A good way to use up left over chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fried Rice

1/2 c onion diced
1/4 c Green Bell pepper
2 eggs
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 c Diced Chicken
4 c Brown Rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fried Rice

  1. Put 1/8 c water in a frying pan and add onion and green pepper. Steam until tender. Add more water if it boils off before onion and green pepper are tender. Add soya sauce and scramble the eggs into the mixture.

  2. Add chicken and rice then the vinegar.

  3. Heat thoroughly and serve.
