Chicken Fried Rice Recipe

Very easy, very yummy, kid friendly meal. Definately one of our "regulars".

Recipe Ingredients for chicken fried rice

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
1 chicken bouillon cube
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen carrots
2 cups uncooked white minute rice
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for chicken fried rice

  1. Heat oil on medium-high in a large skillet

  2. Add chicken; cook/stir for 5 min. or until fully cooked

  3. Add bouillon, water, soy sauceand veggies; stir and bring to a boil.

  4. stir in rice; cover. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 min.

  5. ENJOY!
