Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fried Rice

1/2 lb chicken
1 chicken bouillon cube
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 cup peas
1 cup carrots
2 cups White Rice, uncooked

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fried Rice

  1. HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 min. or until chicken is cooked through.

  2. ADD bouillon cube, 2 cups water, soy sauce and vegetable blend; stir. Bring to boil.

  3. STIR in rice; cover. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 min. Stir. Season with additional soy sauce, if desired.
