A simple, easy chicken fried rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fried Rice

0.5 cup Sushi Rice
1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.54 g Original Cooking Spray
2 serving Soy Sauce
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fried Rice

  1. In a small bowl, beat egg with water.

  2. Spray pan with Pam (or use oil of your coice) in a large skillet over medium low heat.

  3. Add egg and leave flat for 1 to 2 minutes.

  4. Remove from skillet and cut into shreds after allowing to cool slightly.

  5. Spray with Pam again, in same skillet; add rice, soy sauce, pepper and chicken.

  6. Stir fry together for about 5 minutes, then stir in egg.

  7. Serve hot.
