Really easy to make, I like to cook a bunch and get a few meals out of it.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fried Rice

6 cups cooked rice
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup frozen peas
2 chicken breast
1 egg
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp low sodium soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fried Rice

Cook the peas and corn in the microwave and drain out the water. Cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes and cook in a wok. Remove the chicken and scramble the eggs in the same wok with soy sauce. Add all the ingredients in the wok and cook until warm.
