Recipe Ingredients for chicken fried rice

1 1/2 cup brown rice
3 cup water
15 oz chicken breast
1 purple onion
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
6 tbsp lite soy sauce
2 eggs
3 egg whites
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup bamboo shoots
6 oz water chestnuts
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup broccoli
1 green pepper
1 red pepper

Recipe Directions for chicken fried rice

  1. cook the rice like normal

  2. stir fry the veggies in olive oil and soy sauce

  3. fry eggs and chop very small

  4. cook and chop chicken to desired size

  5. add everything together
