Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fried Rice - Bab's Best

2 cups uncooked white rice
4 tbsp canola oil
2 eggs
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 cup chicken, diced
3/4 cup celery, chopped
3/4 cup of green onion
3/4 cup of green peppers

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fried Rice - Bab's Best

In a wok pour a tsp of the oil. Beat and add egg. Stir fry and chop as it cooks, set aside. To the wok add the remaining oil, and the diced chicken. Stir fry. Add cooked rice (six cups??). Stir fry. When steamy add the salt and soya sauce. Add all remainning ingredients. Stir fry until steamy. Serve.
