Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fried Chicken

86 grams boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4)
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 c Gravy, Country Gravy Mix, prepared
4 c mashed potatoes

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fried Chicken

Preheat indoor grill (such as Foreman grill) and prepare with nonstick spray. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Pound chicken breast halves and dredge in flour mixture. Beat egg. Dip chicken in egg and in flour mixture again. Place on wax paper. Grill breasts for 4-6 minutes and put in warm oven until all are cooked. Plate the chicken & top with country gravy, serve with mashed potatoes.
