Recipe Ingredients for Chicken-free noodle soup

4 cups vegetable stock
4 cups vegetable broth
6 oz thin whole wheat pasta (1 cup uncooked)
1 1/2 cups onion
3/4 cup celery, sliced
3/4 cup carrots, sliced
3/4 cup parsnip, sliced
2 T garlic, minced
3 1/2 pieces chicken style seitan
2 T shoyu
1 1/2 T parsley
1 t dill
1 T curry powder
1 T black pepper
1 T salt

Recipe Directions for Chicken-free noodle soup

Place stock, onion, carrot, parsnip, celery, and garlic in a large pot, cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add seitan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients, reduce heat to low and cook until pasta is done, approximately 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
