Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Florentine

448 g Campanelle Pasta
1 medium onion
16 oz Diced Tomatoes
8 oz spinach
4 oz mozzarella
1 chicken breast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbl italian seasoning
1 tbl minced garlic

Recipe Directions for Chicken Florentine

  1. Bake chicken breast till done in center

  2. In large pot bring to a boil the tomatoes onion garlic and seasonings

  3. Add in spinach and cooked chicken

  4. Take off heat once everything is heated trough

  5. Add mozzarella and cover til cheese is melted

  6. Stirr and serve
