Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Florentine Quiche To-Go

12 large eggs
112 g 2% monterrey jack cheese
112 g 2% colby jack cheese
1/2 cup diced jalapenos
16 oz frozen spinach
9 oz Chicken Breast

Recipe Directions for Chicken Florentine Quiche To-Go

  1. Mix eggs well - add salt & pepper to taste.

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients

  3. Prime muffin pan with spray oil, then evenly spoon mixture into muffin cups, packing it as you go. Each cup should be very dense with the proteins, and have just a tablespoon or two of the egg.

  4. Bake at 300degrees for about 20minutes
