Healthy protein muffin with chicken and flaxseed. Can substitute chicken with turkey.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Flaxseed Muffin

1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 large Egg, Whole
1 cup, cubes Yam
3 clove Garlic
0.25 tablespoon Rosemary
0.5 tablespoon Sage
6 tsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
0.5 cup Flaxseed
550 grams Chicken, ground, raw

Recipe Directions for Chicken Flaxseed Muffin

  1. Boil sweet potato until soft.

  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  3. Combine all ingredients with clean hands.

  4. Drop into pre-greased 12 muffin tin.

  5. Bake for approximately 30 mins.

  6. Allow to cool before serving.
