Recipe Ingredients for chicken fingers

1/2 lbs chicken breast fillet
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp skim milk

Recipe Directions for chicken fingers

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Cut chicken breast into small strips

  3. mix egg and milk together

  4. dip each strip into egg wash and then immediately into bread crumbs, completely coating

  5. repeat once

  6. bake on a lightly greased cookie sheet for about ten minutes, flipping once.
