3 slices whole grain bread

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fingers

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400Fput bread into food processor on high until you have bread crumbs

  2. pat chicken dry, Cut chicken into 12 - 14 strips, dredge in flour, (amount that sticks is so minimal I didn't include it in the calorie count),

  3. did in beaten eggs, then in bread crumbs. place in ungreased glass cookware, and bake 10 min, then flip over for another 10 min, (time is approx based on thickness of chicken
