Recipe Ingredients for Chicken fingers

2 cups Special K Cereal
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
6 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for Chicken fingers

  1. Cut chicken in to strips

  2. Crush Cereal in to crumb add salt & pepper & spices as preferred.

  3. Coat baking dish with oil, or spray.

  4. Dip chicken in egg beaters then coat evenly in cereal crumbs.

  5. Place in baking dish cook in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
