Betty Crocker Ultimate Chicken Fingers - Gluten Free

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fingers Gluten Free

1 oz Gluten-Free Bread Mix
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 tsp Paprika
1 dash Salt, Table
4 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Margarine, Regular, Hard

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fingers Gluten Free

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees f. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.

  2. Stir bread mix, cheese, paprika and salt in shallow baking dish. Dip chicken strips into eggs, then coat with bread mixture; repeat dipping in eggs and mixture. Place chicken on cookie sheet. Drizzle butter over chicken.

  3. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, turning after 6 minutes, until no longer pink in center.
