Recipe Ingredients for chicken fingers and fries

60 lb chicken breast
15 lb potato
3 gal sweet peas
50 lb pears
3 gal 2% milk
1 oz salt
1 oz pepper

Recipe Directions for chicken fingers and fries

  1. cut chicken breast into 1/2 inch by 3 season

  2. then bake for 1/2 hr

  3. peel and cut potato into 1/2 by 2 then bake until done

  4. cut pear into wedge pieces
