actually used fettuccine, but macaroni or any pasta can be used. Just another sort of saucy food.

Recipe Ingredients for chicken and fettuccine

3/4 cup macaroni
1/2 cup chicken
1/2 cup bell peppers
1/3 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp parsley
2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp oregano

Recipe Directions for chicken and fettuccine

  1. bring 2 cups or so of water to boil.

  2. place pasta and bell peppers in and let come to a good hard boil.

  3. cover and turn burner off. make sure it is not boiling over before you walk away.

  4. Let it sit there for at least 30 minutes.

  5. add sauce, chicken (cooked and diced or from can), and seasonings (parsley, paprika, balsamic vinegar, oregano)

  6. heat through and salt and pepper to taste
