Recipe Ingredients for chicken fettah

46 1/2 grams Rice, White, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 pita, large (6-1/2" dia) Bread, Pita, White, Unenriched
1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, Plain, Whole Milk, 8 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
1 grams Lemon Juice
0.13 cup Pine Nuts
0.5 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for chicken fettah

  1. start by cutting pita bread and frying it in vegetable oil

  2. spread on serving dish and cover with cooked rice

  3. mix yogurt, garlic and a few drops of lemon juice then pour over rice

  4. sprinkle pine nuts and arrange chicken pieces

  5. enjoy :)
